A: One-, two-, and three-bedroom homes will be offered ranging in size from approximately 800sf to over 2700sf. The one-bedroom homes average 1150sf with 1-1/2 baths and a den/office. The two-bedroom homes average 1600sf with 2 to 2.5 baths with many also including a den/office. The three-bedroom homes average 2300sf with 2.5 to 3.5 baths and a separate den/office. All of the three-bedroom homes (and a few of the two-bedroom homes) are two-level homes located on the top floors with their own private roof deck.

A: All homes will feature beautiful upgraded finishes such as: hardwood floors; baseboard and crown moulding; kitchens with all wood cabinetry, quartz slab countertops with custom designed backsplash, and stainless steel appliances; master baths with natural stone floors, soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, private lavatory, quartz slab countertops with custom designed backsplash; solid-core interior doors; 3-color designer selected paint throughout.

A: 100 First Street will offer an array of on-site amenities including a spacious entrance lobby with attendant/concierge, private clubroom, state of the art fitness center with an outdoor patio, and large roof top terrace with built-in barbecue grill.

A: 100 First Street is located in the acclaimed Los Altos School District and the Mountain View-Los Altos High School District and is currently serviced by: Gardner Bullis Elementary School, Egan Junior High School, and Los Altos High School.
